Uses for Your Bag

How to get the best value from your Wheat/Lupin Bag

When you have purchased a Bag, you have invested in your health & lifestyle.
This page is to give you some ideas of the various ways that you can use your wheat or lupin bag.

There is one big proviso/condition though – Ask your health professional for his/her opinion as to whether a hot or cold compress would be beneficial for your particular/current situation.

We are not qualified to give you advice on what is the best application – but we are able to give you some ideas that may aid your recovery or improve your comfort and lifestyle.

A HOT compress will generally stimulate blood supply to the areas of the body that it is applied to.

Typical uses include:
– Bruises (after the initial treatment)
– Tendon strains
– Most recurring aches & pains

The use of a COLD compress is mainly in the areas of initial/first aid treatment.

For most muscular, tendon, and similar sprains, strains and bruisings – a Cold Wheat bag will give quick relief and slow down the extent of the injury.

A Cold Wheat Bag will also help with headaches, eczema (itching).

Cold will usually reduce any swelling

List of health issues that your bag may help you with include:

Strains & Sprains of Muscules & Tendons (including sporting injuries)

Arthritic pain

Menstral pain

Psoriasis

Headache & Tension

Back, shoulder and neck stiffness

Post operational recovery.

And don’t forget – relief from cold feet, etc.
